This page explains which cookies and similar tools the website torredifyos.it uses and how you can manage them. The site is run by Torre Di Fyos S.r.l. (registered office Corso Novara 36, 80143 Napoli (NA), Italy, VAT no. 10160071212), the data controller. It follows the GDPR, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's «Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools» (decision no. 231 of 10 June 2021). For everything else, see the privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads again on later visits. Similar tools (pixels, browser local storage) are treated the same way. Some are needed for the site to work and do not require consent; those used for statistics or advertising are used only if you accept them.
2. Technical cookies (always on)
They make the site work and remember your choices; they do not require consent (Art. 122(1) Italian Privacy Code).
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ecws_consent | Remembers your cookie choices | 6 months |
| (no others for visitors) | The contact forms use no cookies: anti-spam protection uses a code in the page | - |
The restricted area our staff use to update the offers sets a technical session cookie, only for those who log in with their own credentials.
The site's fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own servers: opening the pages does not contact any third-party service.
Anti-spam protection on the forms
Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) checks that the contact forms are filled in by people and not by automated programs. It loads only on pages with a form, analyses technical browser and device data solely for this check and does not profile you; it is therefore a technical tool that does not require consent. It may process data in the United States (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Cloudflare privacy policy.
3. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) tells us, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site, which pages they land on and which they read. It is activated only if you accept statistics in the banner; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google may process data in the United States (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Google privacy policy, Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors with a random code | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Keeps the state of the visit | 2 years |
The site uses no profiling or advertising cookies.
4. Third-party content loaded only on click
Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd): the map is not loaded when the page opens. A placeholder is shown instead, and only if you press «Show the map» is the content requested from Google, which may set its own cookies, including profiling cookies (Google cookies).
The links to WhatsApp and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the others shown at the bottom of the page) are plain links: they load nothing until you open them. Once on their sites, their operators' policies apply.
5. How to give, change or withdraw consent
On your first visit a banner lets you:
- accept statistics cookies with the «Accept» button;
- reject them with the «Reject» button, as visible as the one to accept;
- choose category by category with «Customise»;
- close the banner with the X: this counts as rejecting, only technical cookies remain.
Scrolling or continuing to browse does not count as consent. Your choice is remembered for 6 months: after that, or if the processing changes significantly, the banner appears again.
You can change your mind at any time with the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking technical cookies may stop some features from working.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) as explained in the privacy policy, by writing to info@torredifyos.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Updates
We update this page whenever we add or remove a service. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
